This town hall will demonstrate how micro-finance has helped families affected by HIV to develop and sustain their livelihoods. It will showcase some of the programmes being undertaken by ECLOF to facilitate access to health care for those infected by HIV and will also illustrate how YWCAs and ECLOF are providing education and care for children orphaned by AIDS.
