- Honour women you know, respect and admire by making a donation in their names
- Ask a friend to join with you in making a donation
- Invite three friends to make a donation
- Give a gift in memory of someone you have loved and lost
- Host a party and ask for donations
- In lieu of birthday flowers or gifts this year, ask that a donation be made to the campaign in your name
- Ask your choir to hold a benefit performance of the “Leadership of Women and Girls.”
- Honour your mother by making a donation in her name
- “Dance for Change” by hosting a fundraising dance
- Make handicrafts, sell them and donate the proceeds
- Hold a bake sale at your church, recreation centre or YWCA office
